SAN DIEGO-Host Hotels & Resorts LP, a Maryland-based firm,has plans to invest over $180 million on design and constructionrenovation of its San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina, a1,362-room, 25-story tower at 333 W. Harbor Drive.
The proposal also comprises a $97 million upgrade of theMarriott Hall, which include an exhibit area and ballroom covering80,000 square feet.
