HILLSIDE, IL-Dynamic Manufacturing Inc., a Melrose Park-based re-manufacturer of auto transmissions, has acquired a vacant industrial tower measuring 173,000 square feet in Hillside from Levy Home Entertainment LLC for $4 million. The company plans to occupy the building during next year, which will be used for manufacturing and warehousing operations.
