HOUSTON-Former PM Realty executive Doug Little has joinedTranswestern as a managing director and executive vice president.In his new role, Little will focus on strategic nationalinitiatives and business development both locally andnationally.

“I am looking at the final chapter in my career, and I wanted anew challenge,” Little tells GlobeSt. “This new position allows mea little more freedom because of the size of the company and thedepth and breadth of the resources.”

Prior to joining Transwestern, Little served as PM Realty’sexecutive vice president and managing director - Central Division.He spent 16 years with the Houston-based firm, and during his25-year career, he has negotiated more than 8 million square feetof transactions exceeding $600 million in value. He is a nativeHoustonian and a graduate of Texas Tech University.
