
NEW YORK CITY-Jacques Torres has inked a lease agreement for 10 years with Tishman Speyer for 600 square feet of retail space in 30 Rockefeller Plaza. The asking rent for the space, which was formerly occupied by Godiva Chocolate, was $250 per square foot.
The Rockefeller Center store will be opened in the first week of November. In the transaction, the buyer was represented by Newmark Knight Frank Retail's Ross Kaplan while Tishman Speyer, the owner, had in-house representation.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
