NEW YORK CITY-Jacques Torres has inked a lease agreement for 10years with Tishman Speyer for 600 square feet of retail space in 30Rockefeller Plaza. The asking rent for the space, which wasformerly occupied by Godiva Chocolate, was $250 per squarefoot.
The Rockefeller Center store will be opened in the first week ofNovember. In the transaction, the buyer was represented by NewmarkKnight Frank Retail's Ross Kaplan while Tishman Speyer, the owner,had in-house representation.For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
