NEW YORK CITY-Jacques Torres has inked a lease agreement for 10years with Tishman Speyer for 600 square feet of retail space in 30Rockefeller Plaza. The asking rent for the space, which wasformerly occupied by Godiva Chocolate, was $250 per squarefoot.


The Rockefeller Center store will be opened in the first week ofNovember.
