NEW YORK CITY-A $20.7 million loan on a downtown Brooklyn site, which would house the 300-unit, 12-story Cambria Suites hotel, is ready for sale.
Wachovia Bank issued the loan in 2007 for the site located between Court Street and Boerum Place at 75 Schermerhorn St. The property was originally acquired for $22.8 million.
