CENTURY CITY, CA-The law firm of Pachulski Stang Ziehl &Jones will relocate to new floors and upgraded space at 10100 SantaMonica Blvd. in its $18 million lease renewal with building ownerHines Interests, according to brokers who represented the law firm.L.A. Realty Partners Pprincipal Gary Weiss and Bob Safai of MadisonPartners, who arranged the 10-year renewal for the law firm, reportthat Pachulski Stang will occupy 32,000 square feet on the 13th and14th floors at 10100 Santa Monica Blvd., where the law firm hasbeen a long-term flagship tenant.

The lease, previously reported on GlobeSt.com, willinvolve a relocation that will be part of "an extensive brand-newbuild-out that will optimize the efficiency of their space, whileupdating and upgrading their offices," the brokers say.

“The current market conditions in Los Angeles’ class A marketsare ripe with opportunities for established tenants like PachulskiStang that need to re-evaluate how they utilize office space,”Weiss said. Dean A. Ziehl, managing partner of Pachulski Stang,noted that the lease maintain a key Century City location andcreates a streamlined new work environment for the firm, which isone of the largest corporate restructuring and bankruptcy law firmsin the country.
