NEW YORK CITY-The North Andover, MA-based Converse has inked a lease agreement for 7,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor at 560 Broadway, located between Spring and Prince streets.
Converse is subleasing the retail space from Ann Taylor and the lease holds good till 2015. Cushman & Wakefield Inc.'s Joanne Podell and Matthew Seigel represented Converse and Ann Taylor in the deal.
