NEW YORK CITY-Retailer Gap will continue to occupy the whole block on Fifth Avenue. Gap is renewing its lease agreement for 10 years with The Bromley Companies for 35,000 square feet of retail space.
The asking rent for the space was $250 per square foot. The Gap store is located between 17th and 18th streets. In the deal, Nicholas Haines represented the owner in-house while Gap was not represented. The lease renewal will start from January 1. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
