PERTH AMBOY, NJ-A high-end development named the Landings at Harborside in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, is one of the few projects that have undergone a renovation on the city's waterfront.
The plan for the Landings project, originally a $600 million mixed-use proposal that would include shops, condos, townhouses and mini-parks, has been revised due to the sluggish market.
