SANTA ANA, CA-Easter Seals Southern California Inc. haspurchased an office building measuring 10,375 square feet at 1570E. 17th St. in Santa Ana from American Lung Association, a localnonprofit firm. The pricing of the sale was not disclosed.
The office building, which was constructed in 1963, will becomethe headquarters of Easter Seals. The renovations for the acquiredbuilding will be completed in January. Colliers International's BobHoyt represented the seller in the deal. For the full story, goto Orange County Business Journal.
