IRVINE, CA-Great Far East Inc., an Irvine-based commercial realty buyer who receives funding from Chinese investors, has bought 18831 Von Karman Ave., an office building near John Wayne Airport, for $12 million from Wells Fargo & Co.
The asking rate for the four-story building, which measures 66,000 square feet, was $182 per square foot. Currently, tenants including Digital Map Products Inc. and Sun Healthcare Group Inc. have occupied space in the building. CB Richard Ellis Group Inc. represented the investor.
