NEW YORK CITY-Beck Street Capital, the owner of 30 West 21st Street building, has signed three leases. Watermill Institutional Trading has leased a 5,150 square feet of space on the top floor of the tower.

New York Stone has inked a lease for the basement and ground floor of the building for five years. The third deal was a five-year lease signed by marketing company Appco Group U.S. for the entire sixth floor of the tower measuring 5,150 square feet. For the full story, go to New York Observer.
