AGOURA HILLS, CA-Colliers International has successfully completed two sales transactions in Agoura Hills. In the first deal, Aspen Environmental Group, a local environmental consulting company, has acquired a foreclosed, 14,000-square-foot office tower at 5020 Chesebro Rd., Bldg. 8 from WA Real Estate LLC for $2.3 million.
In the second deal, Global Marketing Partners, a Woodlands-based distributor of emerging technology vendors, has acquired a 10,838 square-foot office tower at 28038 Dorothy Dr. from Robert Meyerson Co. Trust for $1.8 million. For the full story, go to San Fernando Valley Business Journal.
