AGOURA HILLS, CA-Colliers International has successfullycompleted two sales transactions in Agoura Hills. In the firstdeal, Aspen Environmental Group, a local environmental consultingcompany, has acquired a foreclosed, 14,000-square-foot office towerat 5020 Chesebro Rd., Bldg. 8 from WA Real Estate LLC for $2.3million.
