BURBANK, CA-The first major 276-unit rental-housing tower named the Empire Landing situated at the corner of Empire Avenue and Buena Vista Street has officially opened on September 21, 2010, with 40% of its units already leased.
Casden Properties LLC was the developer of the complex and Banvard & Soderbergh and Johannes Van Tilburg, FAIA, of Van Tilburg were the designers.
