LOS ANGELES-Illi Commercial Real Estate, a Encino-basedcommercial realty lease management firm, has successfullynegotiated two lease transactions on behalf of the landowner. Inthe first deal, 1,060 square feet of space at 5166 Lankershim Blvd.in North Hollywood has been leased to Don Scott, a Hollywoodwriter, for $386,197.
In the second deal, 20th Century Fox Television has leased 7,000square feet of space at the Dick Clark Building at 3003 W. Olive inBurbank for $16,450 per month.
