LOS ANGELES-Illi Commercial Real Estate, a Encino-based commercial realty lease management firm, has successfully negotiated two lease transactions on behalf of the landowner. In the first deal, 1,060 square feet of space at 5166 Lankershim Blvd. in North Hollywood has been leased to Don Scott, a Hollywood writer, for $386,197.
In the second deal, 20th Century Fox Television has leased 7,000 square feet of space at the Dick Clark Building at 3003 W. Olive in Burbank for $16,450 per month.
