ROSEVILLE, CA-JER Special Servicing has hired Grubb & Ellis Co. to handle a 210,000-square-foot receivership portfolio. The sites are a mix of office and retail here.

The portfolio includes Stoneview Plaza, a 108,000-square-foot office building at 3001 Lava Ridge near Interstate 80 and Highway 65. The facility is 83% leased to mortgage, law and realty firms.

Also included is the 37,000-square-foot Eureka Ridge Plaza, a strip center anchored by Crush 29 at 1470 Eureka Rd, and the 65,000-square-foot Fairway Commons II formerly anchored by Circuit City.

Steven Golubchik and Nicholas Bicardo, VPs with Grubb & Ellis’ Private Capital Markets group, are handling the properties. The sites are among the best in the market, Golubchik said. “We anticipate tremendous interest,” he said.
