SIMI VALLEY, CA-Kingsbridge International, Inc., a wholesalerand importer of giftwares and housewares, has acquired a 208,493square-foot, two-building industrial asset at 2900-2950 Madera Rdin Simi Valley from Bank of America for $11.42 million.


The property encompasses a 72,810 square-foot office tower and a135,683 square-foot distribution facility. As part of theacquisition, Kingsbridge has leased the office tower back to Bankof America for two years. The Wholesaler will use the distributionfacility for its operations.
