WOODLAND HILLS, CA-Local residents are divided over theinclusion of a Costco store in the mixed-use development projectcalled The Village at Westfield Topanga in Woodland Hills. Someresidents fear that the store inclusion would cause hurdles forpedestrian movement and traffic clogging.
