WOODLAND HILLS, CA-Local residents are divided over the inclusion of a Costco store in the mixed-use development project called The Village at Westfield Topanga in Woodland Hills. Some residents fear that the store inclusion would cause hurdles for pedestrian movement and traffic clogging.
