LOS ANGELES-Mark Farzan has bought various assets of the Eastern Columbia building from Beverly Hills-based Kor Group for $5 million. Farzan has bought a vacant space measuring 18,000 square feet on the ground floor of the 13-story property at 849 S. Broadway, a 250-space parking lot at 843 S. Broadway and 31,000 square feet of parking structure at the corner of Hill and Ninth streets.
