NEW YORK CITY-The Milstein family, one of the leading realty families in the city, is about to close a sales deal on Milford Plaza Hotel for nearly $200 million to a partnership led by Rockpoint Group LLC, a private equity firm.
The family purchased the 1,300-room hotel, which is situated in the heart of Broadway's Theater District, in 1978. The hotel was operated as Lincoln Hotel earlier but after the acquisition its name was changed into Milford Plaza. For the full story, go to Wall Street Journal.
