NuScale is looking for regulatory approval to market an OregonState University-licensed small-scale nuclear power planttechnology. Cushman & Wakefield's Doug Deurwaarder, MarkCarnese, Matt Johnson and Tom Usher represented the tenant, whileNAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson's Randy Young represented IGT inthe transaction.
