NEW YORK CITY-LCOR, the owner of an 18-story, 140,000 square-foot, Class A office tower at 545 Madison Ave at East 55th Street, has added two financial services companies as its tenants. Super Derivatives has leased 6,200 square feet of space on the 17th floor of the tower for 10 years.
RNK Capital has leased space on the 14th floor of the tower measuring 7,175 square feet for five years. The asking rent hovers around $75 per square foot.
