CHICAGO-Developer Joseph Freed & Associates LLC likely to loose its four-story mall at 108 N. State St. to lender Bank of America Corp. as a court judge dismissed its arguments in a foreclosure lawsuit filed by the lender.
The lender accused that the developer failed to repay its $177.85 million construction loan for the mall at Block 37. The final hiring will be on November 19, 2010, before Margaret Ann Brennan, a Cook County Circuit Court Judge. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business.
