CHICAGO-Based on a study of over 25,000 loan quotes and mortgagerequests on Zillow Mortgage Marketplace, borrowers with creditscores below 620 who applied for 30-year fixed and conventionalloan quotes were doubtful to get even one quote, even for acomparatively high 15% to 25% down payment.
