NEW YORK CITY-Burlington Coat Factory is moving its offices from 263 W. 38th St. to 1400 Broadway. The discount retailer has leased 35,182 square feet of space in 1400 Broadway from W&H Properties. The asking rent for the space was $47 per square foot.
Malkin Holdings' Fred Posniak represented the owner while CB Richard Ellis' Robert Stillman along with Alan Desino represented the tenant in the transaction. The retailer will move to the new location in January. For the full story, go to New York Post.
