NEW YORK CITY-Burlington Coat Factory is moving its offices from263 W. 38th St. to 1400 Broadway. The discount retailer has leased35,182 square feet of space in 1400 Broadway from W&HProperties. The asking rent for the space was $47 per squarefoot.
Malkin Holdings' Fred Posniak represented the owner while CBRichard Ellis' Robert Stillman along with Alan Desino representedthe tenant in the transaction. The retailer will move to the newlocation in January. For the full story, go to New York Post.
