MEMPHIS-Parkway Properties Inc. has roped CB Richard EllisMemphis LLC to take over the leasing for its Memphis officeportfolio, which includes seven properties spanning 1.2 millionsquare feet.
Parkway Realty Services LLC, a division of Parkway Propertieswill manage the expansion and renewals for existing tenants andwill operate the properties. The portfolio includes three Forumoffice buildings at Kirby and Poplar, the Renaissance Center atAaron Brenner Drive, the Toyota Center, the Falls Building andMorgan Keegan Tower.
