MEMPHIS-Parkway Properties Inc. has roped CB Richard Ellis Memphis LLC to take over the leasing for its Memphis office portfolio, which includes seven properties spanning 1.2 million square feet.
Parkway Realty Services LLC, a division of Parkway Properties will manage the expansion and renewals for existing tenants and will operate the properties. The portfolio includes three Forum office buildings at Kirby and Poplar, the Renaissance Center at Aaron Brenner Drive, the Toyota Center, the Falls Building and Morgan Keegan Tower.
