WALTHAM, MA-Dassault Systemes is signing a lease at 175-185Wyman St. in Hobbs Brook Office Park. The lease is the result of aconsolidation from offices in Concord and Lowell. The lease ratesfor the property were not released but comparable property offersrates in the low $20s per square feet according to Cushman andWakefield.
Dassault will move into the first of the L-shaped buildings, 175Wyman, in its entirety this year. After taking over the211,741-square-foot property, the lifestyle and management companywill slowly move into 185 Wyman in early 2011.
Charles Batchelder, managing director of Wyman St. Advisors,repped the owner/developer Hobbs Brook Management, while EVP andnational director Brendan Callahan repped Dassault Systemes.Managing director Alex Dauria from Jones Lang LaSalle was alsonamed project manager for the development.
