Hilton Worldwide Acquires Hotel at Downtown Disney

ORLANDO-Hilton Worldwide has acquired the Hilton hotel at Walt Disney World Resort on Hotel Plaza Boulevard close to Downtown Disney from Tishman Hotel & Realty LP for $127.2 million on August 26, 2010.

ORLANDO-Hilton Worldwide has acquired the Hilton hotel in Walt Disney World Resort on Hotel Plaza Boulevard from Tishman Hotel & Realty LP for $127.2 million on August 26, 2010.

The hotel comprises 814 units and covers 74,000 square feet constructed during early 1980s. The acquisition was part of the long-term agreement between Hilton Worldwide and the Tishman Hotel & Realty. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal.
