ORLANDO-Hilton Worldwide has acquired the Hilton hotel in WaltDisney World Resort on Hotel Plaza Boulevard from Tishman Hotel& Realty LP for $127.2 million on August 26, 2010.
The hotel comprises 814 units and covers 74,000 square feetconstructed during early 1980s. The acquisition was part of thelong-term agreement between Hilton Worldwide and the Tishman Hotel& Realty. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal.
