NEW YORK CITY-Marshalls Shoe Shop has leased 12,100 square feet of retail space in 740 Broadway from Newmark Knight Frank. The shop will occupy 3,100 square feet on the ground floor and 9,000 square feet on the second floor.
The asking rents for the ground floor and second floor were $150 and $50, respectively. Paul Berkman and Davie Berke of NKF represented the owner while Andrew Skulnik and Andrew Mandell of Ripco Real Estate represented the tenant. For the full story, go to New York Post.
