The Gerald Fogelson Forum on Real Estate kicks off its 12 year with a panel discussion on Thursday, September 30 at 5:30 p.m. at Roosevelt University. Panelists include Tim Desmond, president of Central Station Development, Richard Levy, attorney at Ungaretti & Harris LLP and David Haymes, COO and principal at Pappageorge/Haymes. Gerald Fogelson, of the Fogelson Companies, will moderate the group which will discuss The Gateway, the latest section being developed at Central Station Development on the near south side.
