BOCA RATON, FL-Thomas D. Wood and Company has secured $9.5-million financing for the Bayrock Portfolio, which includes bank properties and a six single-tenant restaurant.

BOCA RATON, FL-Thomas D. Wood and Company has secured $9.5-million financing for the Bayrock Portfolio, which includes bank properties and a six single-tenant restaurant.

The vice president of the company, Patrick Madore, secured financing through a local bank. The loan-to-value of the received loan is 69%. The Bayrock Portfolio has major tenants including McDonald's, Burger King, SunTrust Bank and Capital One Bank in five different locations. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
