JUNEAU, WI-Capitol Real Estate Juneau LLC, a Wisconsin-based investor, has acquired a shopping center located in Dodge County, Juneau, from T. Rectangle Properties LLC for $3.1 million.
The shopping center, measuring 28,717 square feet, is 90% occupied. The Piggly Wiggly is the flagship store of the shopping center, located at 100 S. Western Ave. Madison-based Lee & Associates represented the buyer in the deal. For the full story, go to Business Journal of Milwaukee.
