MIAMI-Two new tenants have signed leasing contracts at the 670,000-square-foot Lincoln Logistics Park at 12610 NW 115th Ave. in Medley.
Bel Inc. has signed a long-term lease for a 342,750-square-foot warehouse building and Hydrofarm, Inc. has leased 34,750 square feet of space at Building 100 in the park. In the deals, the owner, Morgan Stanley Real Estate, was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle while CBC Tenant Advisors represented Hydrofarm and CB Richard Ellis represented Bel.
