HOUSTON-SEKISUI HOUSE, LTD., a prominent diversified developer and homebuilder in Japan, has partnered with Newland Real Estate Group, LLC to acquire both commercial and residential realty development projects across the US.
The firm has also formed its wholly owned subsidiary, NORTH AMERICA SEKISUI HOUSE, LLC to handle its US operations including the joint venture.
