GREENSBORO, NC-Varco Pruden Buildings, a Memphis-based manufacturer of steel buildings, is leasing 15,750 square feet of space in Airpark East in Greensboro at 7031 Albert Pick Rd. for an undisclosed rent.

Highwoods Properties is the owner of the property. In the transaction, the owner was represented by an in-house team, while NAI Piedmont Triad represented the tenant.
