NEW YORK CITY-WJB Capital, a specialist in derivative and equity trading, has leased 31,440 square feet of space on the ninth floor of the 33-story tower located at 909 Third Ave. between the 54th and 55th streets.
WJB will relocate to the new building in by Q1 of 2011. The asking rent was $54 per square foot, which is more than double the size of its current 12,000 square-foot lease at 60 Broad Street. The lease runs for 12 years. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business.
