SAN FRANCISCO-Navin Ramani has been named senior vice president in charge of the project management group at CresaPartners in San Francisco. Ramani, with more than 17 years of related industry experience, will provide organizations with integrated project management solutions aligned with their business and real estate strategy. 

Ramani will also support the Palo Alto and San Jose offices of CresaPartners. “As part of our growth plans in the Bay Area, we at CresaPartners are responding to client needs and building a project management group that will benefit from the considerable experience and talent of Navin,” explains Craig Zodikoff, managing principal at CresaPartners in San Francisco. “Project management is a key component of our comprehensive suite of corporate services, including our recently launched strategic planning group.”

A native of Marin County, Ramani has previously held key leadership roles as vice president at Jones Lang LaSalle, director of project management at Cushman & Wakefield and senior project manager at Turner Construction. At JLL he had national responsibility on the Bank of America account where he led teams, oversaw programs and managed numerous projects. While at C&W he was head of project management in Northern California, managing accounts, one-off client relationships and projects. During his tenure at Turner, Ramani managed programs along with interior and ground- up construction projects.

According to Ramani, “Clients deserve the highest quality service and value-based solutions. Quality and value must be integrated and should be uncompromising goals.” From a program and project standpoint Ramani has been involved with more than 10 million square feet of construction with a total project value exceeding $1 billion.
