MISSOURI CITY, TX-Flair Flexible Packaging has bought Building 2, which is situated within Lakeview Business Park in Missouri City. This is the first building sold by Crow Holdings Realty Partners IV and Trammell Crow Co.
The 50,000 square-foot industrial building in the 157-acre business park is located at 14523 Fairway Pines Drive. Powers Brown Architecture has designed all four facilities in Lakeview Business Park.
