MIAMI-Wexford Science + Technology, LLC has roped Jones Lang LaSalle to take over the leasing activities of phase one of its Life Science & Technology Park of the University of Miami in Miami, which is slated for completion during Q2 of 2011.
The 252,000 square-foot tower, which has received the LEED Gold Pre-certification, will house lab-ready development suites, offices, dry and wet labs and retail space. For the full story, go to Florida Real Estate Journal.
