PINELLAS PARK, FL-A limited liability company has purchased Country Inn, the limited mental health facility that measures 14,273 square feet and is situated in Pinellas Park, for an amount of $1,000,000. The building, located at 7600 78th Ave. N., contains 23-units/42-beds. The sale was announced by Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services.
