NASHVILLE-Centennial Hillsboro Village, LLC of Atlanta has sold two apartment complexes to Bell BR Hillsboro Village JV, LLC for $25.8 million. The apartments, which sit on 2.35 acres of land at 2005 21st Ave. South, were constructed in 1997 and the 2115 Portland Ave. apartments, constructed in 1924, sit on 3.2 acres of land.
Records show that a subsidiary of Centennial Holding Company, LLC, Centennial Hillsboro Village had bought both apartment complexes for $27 million in June 2009. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal.
