CHICAGO-Atlanta-based Chick-fil-A Inc. is close to sign a lease agreement for a restaurant at 30 E. Chicago Ave., on the Water Tower campus of Loyola University Chicago. The chicken chain is about to lease 5,225 square feet at the first floor in the 15-story building situated two blocks away from the Water Tower.
