ST. LOUIS-EVA Properties LP is planning to construct a new shopping center in Festus. The shopping center known as Stonecrest Place will be developed in the southwest corner of Interstate 55 at Shapiro and Highway A.
According to Realty Exchange, which is handling the listing, the new site comprises more than 348,000 square feet of space available for office, restaurant or retail development.
